Refund policy

Eligibility

Due to the nature of our materials and craftsmanship, all returned or exchanged items must meet the following conditions:

  • Items are unworn and unused, and have been tried on for fitting purposes only
  • No signs of wear, alteration, damage, or use
  • Free from odours, including perfume, smoke, and body scent
  • All original tags remain attached
  • Items are returned in original packaging

Returns or exchanges that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Requesting a Return or Exchange

Requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact lourevalondon@gmail.com. We will share the next steps and return instructions.

Exchanges

Exchanges are offered at no additional cost. For exchanges, we provide a prepaid return shipping label. Once the original item has been received and approved, you may exchange for a different size or a different style, subject to availability.

If the new item is higher in value, you will be asked to pay the difference. If the new item is lower in value, the difference will be refunded to the original payment method.

The replacement item will be dispatched once the exchange has been confirmed.

Please note: Items purchased during promotions or with discount codes are exchange-only and are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Returns and Refunds

All returned items are subject to inspection. Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days for refunds to be processed by your bank. Processing times may vary and are outside of our control.

Return Shipping

For returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for parcels lost in transit.

Quality Issues

If you believe your item has a quality issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, providing clear photos and a description of the issue. This allows us to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

Each garment is carefully inspected prior to dispatch. We also recommend checking your item as soon as it arrives, to ensure everything is in perfect condition.

Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery are not considered quality issues.

We will always do our best to help, based on the condition of the item and the information provided.
